2. VAT

Charged at 20% on legal fees where applicable under UK tax rules.

3. Disbursements

Third-party costs payable on your behalf (Land Registry, local search providers, court fees).

4. Government Taxes

Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) or statutory government fees dependent on your transaction value.

Hourly Charging Rates

Applicable when work is not undertaken on a fixed fee basis.
